1. I can easily order water and other products, cancel delivery, pay bill's, view invoices, make contact and other necessary account activities.
2. Then build features around that cohesive plan.I have been using Crystal Water Delivery for about a week now, and I am very happy with the service so far.
3. You can't pay your bill, add extra deliveries, or even see any account info other than your delivery address.
4. It's sad that I can change my address and order amount easily on the app but I can't change the frequency of deliveries as easily.UPDATE: Though new features were added, there is still a lot of improvements needed.
5. There are some other options which are not available on the app like rescheduling to a specific date or delaying the delivery but I can always do that on phone so I'm not too concerned about thatThe app is pretty straight forward but I have one problem.
