My Water+ Customer Insights

1. I can easily order water and other products, cancel delivery, pay bill's, view invoices, make contact and other necessary account activities.

2. Then build features around that cohesive plan.I have been using Crystal Water Delivery for about a week now, and I am very happy with the service so far.

3. You can't pay your bill, add extra deliveries, or even see any account info other than your delivery address.

4. It's sad that I can change my address and order amount easily on the app but I can't change the frequency of deliveries as easily.UPDATE: Though new features were added, there is still a lot of improvements needed.

5. There are some other options which are not available on the app like rescheduling to a specific date or delaying the delivery but I can always do that on phone so I'm not too concerned about thatThe app is pretty straight forward but I have one problem.

6. Primary needs should be: paying bill, seeing past payments, updating delivery, ordering new.

7. I signed up for Crystal Water Delivery because I was tired of buying bottled water from the store.

8. I'm a longtime customer and I'm happy the company is developing an app, but right now it definitely needs work.Seems to miss the mark for user needs.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Water+ Issues

1. Fix My Water+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Water+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Water+ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Water+" » Open My Water+ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Water+ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Water+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Water+ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Water+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Water+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Water+ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Water+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Water+ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Water+ not working


2. Fix My Water+ Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Water+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Water+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Water+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
