Wales Online Customer Insights

1. World news and politics keep the same stories for days on end.Too many adverts that are usually totally irrelevant...I've uninstalled it once and probably will do so again at some pointThe journalism is flakey, proof reading definitely so, and the terms and conditions are worrying.

2. The adverts can be a little intrusive.Gets a point for generally good news stories but the comments section (which has now been locked) is/was very irritating.

3. Shame as originally it was a really good app with great stories but the coverage of covid etc was dreadful, scaremongering, and very left wing. The app is really unstable.

4. As for the app itself, reopening it takes two or three refreshes to get new articles and although it sends an email when someone answers a comment, the link included doesn't always take you to that comment.

5. Needs to be looked at.When reading the news via the app, whatever I'm reading disappears and I'm redirect back to the top page.

6. Very left wing in my opinion but it seems to be the only platform for Welsh news available.

7. It keeps going back to the previous days updateOne of the worst news apps I have used.

8. Irritating! When it updates, each day doesn't work great like it used to take 2 or 3 before it works properly.

9. Crashes all the time updates when your in the middle of reading a badly written article.

10. If you type certain "key words", the comments disappear, press return on your phone, they disappear.

11. You start typing, touch any other part of your screen and it disappears.
