1. 🔥🔥👍👍This is great untill i deleted the app because i stoped useing dash but then i reinstalled the app because i wanted to use dash but it says no robots found? My dash is on bluetooth is on i reset bluetooth nothing it wasnt working i restarted my tablet but still nothing i dont know what im doing wrong please explain?I love it because dash drives around like a car it's so cute and awesome but sadly I don't have dot because he broke.

2. Also everytime I turn dash hits the corner of the walls which I hate alotGood, but whenever I change the eye lights the thing there gets smaller every time, even if I go to that section.

4. It would be much easier if any touch down in the joystick zone started the motion (same issue with head control)It's really cool and let's my robot move around my house perfectly.

5. My 3 year old kids often hit the menus at the top, and struggle to use the joystick as you have to initiate the drag motion on the tiny joystick.

1. Fix Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Go App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Go" » Open Go for Dash & Dot robots » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Go » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Go for Dash & Dot robots app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Go servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Go for Dash & Dot robots" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Go might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Go then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Go not working

2. Fix Go Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
