It's awesome...we can listen, they will give questions so it takes us to concentrate what they are saying like story or experience or travel tips ,food etc...one thing if we answer all the questions, we will get confidence and we will believe ourself ,oh my concentration level is good.. ..if we didn't answer we will get interest like I need to answer all the questions wt they will give ,that sportiness will come ...its a good app...u can use any where any time ...the podcasts are perfect but I cant play them most of the time, it doesnt work easily.It's really helpful!!!
