1. Worst car buying experience I have ever had and I did not even buy the pickup plus the second call was from an international number so I have to pay 1 dollar a minute for the sales call.Don't do it! First off, the app itself doesn't stay in snyc with the website, so it basically useless.
2. Too many things wrong to keep.Absolutely horrendous service, customer support is mostly unavailable and after being on hold for 3 minutes you are directed to leave a message which results in no callback or further communication.
3. On the rate occasions where I've been able to speak to a person, they have unfortunately been well intentioned but clueless, it's clear that this company does not have it's act together in terms of processes or systems.
4. When I asked for escalation, they never call back when promised, don't deliver documents, and have incorrect mailing addresses in their contracts so you can't easily go after them legally.This app needs lots of improvement.
5. There is also no way to sort by newest listing so you have to scroll the entire search every time to see if there's anything new, and if you choose to look at a vehicle, there's no telling where you'll end up in the search results when you go back.
6. But beyond that, I've been dealing Vroom's "service" for MONTHS and it has failed to complete my transaction.
7. I find it infuriating that I cannot hide "available soon" and "pending sale" vehicles.The wrong model of the car was brought to me.
8. I just bought a car through their service and their process isn't clear until you've signed documents.
9. Even though they have a lousy app, they still need paper documents - so it really doesn't save you any time or effort.
10. It appeared as if someone wrecked the car and instead of turning it in on Carfax, they tried to fix themselves.... tape was left on from painting, as well as the paint wasn't a complete match.
11. They do not have the inventory to swap for the correct car and also will not hold the correct vehicle for me once it becomes available to fix the problem.
