1. They need to have a way to select the option even if they don't have a vehicle for sale with that feature at the time you search, so you can save the search and be notified when it does come for sale!The app works very well except for one little issue.

2. Recent (and major) changes to the app unfortunately made this app so unusable especially in the "search" area, for example, it frequently fails to load pictures of the cars you searched (only shows one pic).

3. I'm supper annoyed!This app lacks the ability to set an alert for a specific vehicle if it doesn't exist in their system already.

4. I believe the intention was to direct us to their website through browser instead (if you're only here to search).Why'd. You Take Away Useful App Features??? You updated the app, but you take away the ability to compare vehicles.

5. Stock number isn't right at the top of the page like it used to be - something that was super useful when dealing with reps over the phone or in the store.

6. Won't be using carmax in the future since now they are just like a normal dealership.Not Very Helpful: I expected to see all of the specifications and facts about the cars that I was interested in.

7. Last time I'm ever dealing with this incompetence.Tried to pay my car note with this app but it always says "something went wrong try again".

8. Aside from photos, a substantial portion of your screen will be obscured by a bright yellow band practically commanding you to schedule a test drive.

9. Another useful feature that you took away was the ability to do the 360 inside the vehicle and outside.

10. Carmax doesn't take debit cards over the phone and the nearest CarMax store is an hour away from my home.

1. Fix CarMax Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CarMax: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CarMax App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CarMax" » Open CarMax: Used Cars for Sale » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CarMax » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CarMax: Used Cars for Sale app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CarMax servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CarMax: Used Cars for Sale" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CarMax app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CarMax might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CarMax. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CarMax then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CarMax not working

2. Fix CarMax Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CarMax be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CarMax not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CarMax may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
