Why should I report an Issue with Tada - Group Voice Chat Rooms?

Sometimes it shows that there is too much effect on ur face to broadcast but I don't use it.Y'all suck fr y'all don't help a newbie on the help their isn't no good customer service or anything and I'm basically dealing with he same thing on buzzcast it sucks fr I would give y'all a five but y'all definitely ain't responding back when I need help guys delete this app to or report this app please make sure they don't make their coins no more cause their doing people definitely dirty like me I'm a newbie and nobody hasn't assisted me with help there! It's messed up on how y'all use peopleHey popo team I can no longer upload a video they say some features restricted contacts popo team, what is that why can't I upload videos anymore.

Thank you.🙏🙏Makes no sense that the live streaming feature got removed and if you try to contact anyone form the app you just get the same generic answer they just killed there own app for some reason hopefully they see sense when no one is using it and adds back the live streaming featureBad costumer service you tell them about the problem and they tell you something dif l, (like there's no more live) but there is my friends are in live and I keep getting invites but can't join can't do anything any more no more live button for me but it seems that's only a few of us cus there's still people on live in there all my friends accept me.Is okay but it takes too much data and I am from Ghana.

Also, everyday there is less and less people to communicate with.I would have rate it 5 stars because in some way its good..auto translation is available,so it's easy to communicate people with different languages..there just something that bothers me..i can't upload and change profile picture no matter how many times I've tried..and there's no option for deleting account..like how if i want to go already..🤷 ♀️Cancellation of video streams doesn't make much sense.

5. Would you prefer to watch a World Cup game or listen to it? Would you like more to watch a movie or hear it? I can see doing both voice and video, but cutting out video, to me, seems to be a road to the death of this app, no matter how improved audio rooms may become.

6. I urge a re-think and re-introduction of live video rooms.Why This latest version of popo disabled the broadcasting features.

7. The guidelines fit a mature rated app and video lives were actually engaging, but now that it's only voice chat, it's hard to connect with others and meet people from around the world.

8. I can't see how majority of users would prefer to have a voice room over video room.

9. Please fix it .again I can't find the go live button I just upgrade the app now what is happening.

1. Fix Tada Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tada: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tada App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tada" » Open Tada - Group Voice Chat Rooms » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tada » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tada - Group Voice Chat Rooms app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tada servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tada - Group Voice Chat Rooms" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tada app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tada might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tada. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tada then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tada not working

2. Fix Tada Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tada be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tada not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tada may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
