1. ONCE YOU HIT THE CONTROL ICON BOTH JOYSTICKS SHOULD BE VISIBLE ON THE PHONE FOR USE WHETHER YOU HAVE YOUR FINGER ON THE PHONE OR NOT!!!!!! But this isn't the case......I WISH THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPER WOULD FIX THOSE THINGS I LISTED AND PRESENT A FULL TUTORIAL ON THE APPLICATION!!!! THERE ARE VERY FEW TUTORIALS (AND THEY SUCK) AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS DRONE TO ANYONE!!!!I lose the picture signal at about 200 feet occasionally it'll return if I bring the drone closer to me, it still works way past that point but keep an eye on it.

2. I cannot get my map within the app to show satellite view When using app to control .When connected to the drone via Wi-Fi my device will not display the map .other than that its great.

3. For those who can't figure out how to connect the drone to the WiFi you probably don't need to have one anyways of that's the case because my 9 year old had it connected and flying with ease in less than 3 minutes and that's including calibration of all it's features.

4. For the people that do not know how to connect to the drone, turn on the drone then go to your WiFi settings on your device and then you connect to it WiFi.

5. Next time you connect to the drone WIFI wait for the no internet message to pop up but this time do not check the box to "never as me again".

6. Then press yes and go into the app and your set! You can learn the controls pretty easy they also have it were you can control the drone from your phone!No tutorial so it's hit or miss (crash).

7. Without the app, camera is utterly useless! That is the entire reason for buying the drone! NOT HAPPY! Edit: I eventually got it to show up on me phone.

8. Go into WIFI on phone, tell it to forget the drone's WIFI connection.

9. You will have to do this every time you connect but you will be able to use the drone like you want.A forum would help on the learning curve.

10. The drone survived this learning curve, Headless mode helped my first flights.I think this app works great for the drone.

1. Fix VIVITAR AEROVIEW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VIVITAR AEROVIEW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VIVITAR AEROVIEW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VIVITAR AEROVIEW" » Open VIVITAR AEROVIEW » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VIVITAR AEROVIEW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VIVITAR AEROVIEW app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VIVITAR AEROVIEW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VIVITAR AEROVIEW" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VIVITAR AEROVIEW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VIVITAR AEROVIEW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VIVITAR AEROVIEW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VIVITAR AEROVIEW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VIVITAR AEROVIEW not working

2. Fix VIVITAR AEROVIEW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VIVITAR AEROVIEW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
