1. This APP can control the 4-axis aircraft by WiFi on the Android smartphone, and also can get the real time video from the aircraft, and take the photo and save the video .

For 1 I dont want to have to hold the throttle button down for ever just to get the thing to shut down.No longer allows me to watch any video footage that I record,will allow me to see video while flying drone and shows that it's recorded but when you click the video to watch it it will kick you off Instantly,hasn't let me record then view the video in months,I still try to record but never successful,it will take photos just not video,please fix this problem,that is not only complaint with the appThe app works great for operation of aircraft.

2. It really deserves zero stars, but that is not an option.After several very short flights about 6 mins each flight ive come to the conclusion that this app and drone has alot of room for improvement..first off..flight time is about 6 mins on a fully charged battery not 12 as promised.

3. The footage can be .moved to another area on phone to be viewed but when done the user loses all of the 360 camera function and is stuck in fisbeye mode.When I connect with the drone then turn on the app it wants to use the GPS but then wants me to turn off my mobile data.

4. It looks like it should be simple and I'm not sure if I'm missing anything but I've followed every instruction that came with this drone.I was not able to get video or stills from the camera on either my Android (Pixel 2XL) or iPhone.

5. One the very rare occasions it does work it will do a good job for a bit then flies the drone wherever it wants at what ever speed it wants.

Well I also see that this review is rigged so that you can't post it without giving at least one star, let it be known that I did so under duress.Extremely disappointed after shelling out $212.00 (including taxes.) Flight time half of what's promised 'cause it's all spent acquiring gps, flyaway forced me to drop it out of the sky at 70ft.

7. Gps doesnt work .probaly gonna return it for a refund this week..I have much more successful flights without using the app, the app always crashes after takeoff and so follows my drone.

8. And when I try to calibrate the drone the way it tells me to it doesn't calibrate and on top of that I can't use any function on this app except only the camera.

9. However The Built-in capabilities of the drone keep it from wandering off too far, but it is just a matter of time before that will happen.

10. Having said this I want to tell any still flying this turkey to replace transmitter batteries every flight (very expensive.) That seems to be the source of many problems.

11. I played around with the antennas on the remote and it seemed to help to finally get the app to connect to the drone.

2. Update the VIVITAR SKYEYEVIEW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VIVITAR SKYEYEVIEW" » Open VIVITAR SKYEYEVIEW » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VIVITAR SKYEYEVIEW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VIVITAR SKYEYEVIEW app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VIVITAR SKYEYEVIEW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VIVITAR SKYEYEVIEW" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VIVITAR SKYEYEVIEW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VIVITAR SKYEYEVIEW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VIVITAR SKYEYEVIEW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VIVITAR SKYEYEVIEW then reinstall.
