Vivamax Customer Insights

1. Make it happen Please.I subscribed to vivaone a while ago but there is a problem, I have paid but it says that the subscription is complete, it doesn't want to play the videos, it says that I should complete the subscription first .

2. Not worth it! Just get netflix or watch somewhere else..You don't get to watch everything, the choices are very limited, and the good movies are either not available or you need to rent it, only 1 device can login if you chose tge cheapest subscription option.

3. After i subscribed 99/month i thought i could watch all the movies but i was really disappointed that we need to subscribe another 149/month to watch their new release movie.

4. Can you please fix this?This app doesn't even deserve a star! I just subscribed and paid for a month, and yet it still says that I haven't subscribed when I try to watch.

5. Trailers worked perfectly but when starting to watch a movie, videos are not showing on the screen, and the audio not working.

6. It keeps on deducting from my GCash and yet, this app doesn't even appear on my subscribed apps in Google Play.

7. 2) Many of the movies refuse to play despite being available to watch.

8. Please fix this.1) You're already paying for a subscription and they want to charge you more for older content by having to rent.

9. The trailers work perfectly but whenever I try to watch the full movie, nothing's showing.

10. The app is slow as well, it keeps on loading even when the internet speed is good.Just subscribed today.

11. Im not idiot to waste my money for their filty trash movies.Android TV App stopped working.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Vivamax Issues

1. Fix Vivamax Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Vivamax: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Vivamax App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vivamax" » Open Vivamax » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vivamax » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Vivamax app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vivamax servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vivamax" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Vivamax app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vivamax might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Vivamax. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vivamax then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vivamax not working


2. Fix Vivamax Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vivamax be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vivamax not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vivamax may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have an internet connection i have subscribed i can watch the trailer but the movie wont play. I am watching iskandalo i am on the third episode when suddenly dont play. I try another movie but wont play either i turn ofd my phone and refresh my vivamax app but dont play the movie hope you can fix this.
