Why should I report an Issue with Artier: Daily Art & History?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Swizzle Apps to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The only suggestion I'd make is that they create an option to create different folders plus the Favourites, so we can organize better the artworks that we like :)Great fun... Refreshing... Recalling artist studied in school and others I am learning about now for the first time.The app is really good.

2. 2- being able to reorder artworks based on year, popularity, sketchs or completed works, etc.This is the best app to find art and artists! I tried different apps and none was as good.

As the classical pieces greatly outnumber the modern ones right now, hence currently only the 4 stars.It is a wonderful application, my only criticism is that when one makes a collection of art you should be able to either swipe left or right while fullscreen on the art to go through said collection or up and down.

4. It would just make it user friendly to scroll through art instead of having to click in and out of fullscreen when viewing individual pieces.I love this app! It's easy to use and there's so much different art.

5. I would like to see some additional features like being able to organize artwork by medium, movements and art style.

1. Fix Artier Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Artier: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Artier App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Artier" » Open Artier: Daily Art & History » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Artier » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Artier: Daily Art & History app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Artier servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Artier: Daily Art & History" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Artier app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Artier might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Artier. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Artier then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Artier not working

2. Fix Artier Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Artier be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Artier not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Artier may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
