Why should I report an Issue with ScheduleGalaxy?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of PerfectLine to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Extremely annoying when I'm trying to sort through to figure out what games are what!! There is no star highlighted and it says I haven't added a team yet but the 7th/8th grade team games still show.Too much information to scan through to find the team you are looking for.

2. If I subscribe to the teams that I only want to see, why am I seeing every teams games? They should also be a text option if their is a cancellation or date change for the teams we are subscribed to.It's a good start.

3. It's definitely annoying..I added a Varsity Boys Football Team and for some reason it also added 7/8 grade can't get the app to only show the team and level I added.

9. Would be great to have the option for push notifications for the specific events or even collaboration with Google calendar.great app.

10. App needs additional filters that allow specific sports and level to be selected once the school has been selected.

1. Fix ScheduleGalaxy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ScheduleGalaxy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ScheduleGalaxy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ScheduleGalaxy" » Open ScheduleGalaxy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ScheduleGalaxy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ScheduleGalaxy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ScheduleGalaxy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ScheduleGalaxy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ScheduleGalaxy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ScheduleGalaxy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ScheduleGalaxy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ScheduleGalaxy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ScheduleGalaxy not working

2. Fix ScheduleGalaxy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ScheduleGalaxy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ScheduleGalaxy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ScheduleGalaxy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
