1. i think this is nothing to do with my phone coz it has high specs (not bragging) but to wrap it up, i still love to use this app and loooking forward on improvements!!!! stay safeI really like the app it's really easy to use ,but I will give it a 4 stars because 1)when u add photos it's all pixelated And 2)when you try to add music to the video the it's takes to long to add the music 3) also when I tried to crop the music because it was to long I couldn't (I am using an tablet I guess that's why) Please fix this problem because this video editor is really Cool and easy to use thanks 👍Really like the app.But,it's very laggy and unable to completly videos perfectly and import videos in the app.

UPDATE :This is deserving of 5⭐s Although,I do still feel like 11templates are still not enough,but because...●TRANSITIONS & ANIMATION WERE ADDED there are many variations that I have come up with to keep things looking different/unique/interesting even with the same template...●I also desired a longer picture duration which I can now do—Just click: Edit, when you see white box,click on a picture on the timeline, hold it down,&drag it to the right to make your photo slideshow long as you want iti loved this app as this doesnt have any watermark but the thing that i hate is when I go beyond 3 minutes and has a lot of modifications in my video, it becomes cracky/choppy or whatever.

But I'm satisfied about the app interface and it's featuresGreat video editor ,Great editor for beginners,easy to use and the controls are not confusing.The effects ,transitions,animations,musics are all great!5 stars for satisfied users here.Thid app is worth it!I rate this 5/5!!! This video maker is so amazing! All I need in an app like this is you can make it slow or fast.

1. Fix Viddup Classic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Viddup Classic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Viddup Classic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Viddup Classic" » Open Viddup Classic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Viddup Classic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Viddup Classic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Viddup Classic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Viddup Classic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Viddup Classic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Viddup Classic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Viddup Classic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Viddup Classic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Viddup Classic not working

2. Fix Viddup Classic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Viddup Classic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Viddup Classic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Viddup Classic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
