1. Perfect! Let's move to another..App barely works and service is barebones even on their website.I can't renew my plan manually when for example my internet runs out, so I need to pay for additional trafficApp stopped working for me, it stays on the "pull down to refresh"page and never changes.

3. And they tried toI signed up for Ultra because the international calling is built in, you don't need to download extra software (simple mobile) and you can buy international credit within the app.

4. So far, I dialed about 80 times, the calling experience is not much better than others I have used and their system is so dumb that you lose all your calling credit if your plan renews before you use it.

5. In New York for my 29 dollar plan all I paid was 30 dollars because there is a service fee charge of 1 dollar.

8. And for online, I pay for the 3 month classic plan but I get charged about almost 94 dollars instead of 87 dollars.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ultra Issues

1. Fix Ultra Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Ultra: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ultra App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ultra" » Open Ultra Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ultra » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Ultra Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ultra servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ultra Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ultra app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ultra might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ultra. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ultra then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ultra not working


2. Fix Ultra Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ultra be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ultra not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ultra may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
