1. The best feature is the remote access feature enabling me to send via text or email a digital copy of a key to whomever for a set length of time allowing copies to be made without me being present yet maintaining full control. My first experience with a KeyHero kiosk was at my local HomeDepot because I had to make copies of my car key and realized I had the option to save the key to this app.
2. Send to your account email. So far i can only get home or padlock keys made for a digital copy.
3. All it would do was offer me a PIN number and the app said that I didn't have any keys.Wonderful idea to help stay organized and much more efficient when a duplicate or many copies need to be made.
4. I went for it and haven't had to go back yet but this should streamline the process by allowing me to load up the key and get it cut in minutes. This software is potentially useful to those people who either cannot or will not look closely at the cuts on their keys.
5. The problem that people have been having with not being able to enter the code is that that's only to make keys from the app itself, not to back them up.
6. when i try to get a digital copy of my ignition key, that does not have a chip, the store machine does not give the option to save it on my app.
7. I was able to send my mom a copy of her house key from 3 states away when she lost her keys.
8. This task was important to me and your app made it impossible.Great app! This app does what you think it does and it makes keys...But does it extremely well.
9. *added* I don't have any saved keys because the kiosk won't allow any initial scanning of the key.
10. For those having trouble, you have to start with "make a physical key", then choose option "save a digital copy" to save it on the app.
11. .."SELF DESTRUCTING KEYS,🔑"This app is handy, but not everyday handy (unless you need to cut keys regularly).
I purchased 3 keys one hello kitty and a tree key and then got the free key. All 3 were not made right.
