Why should I report an Issue with RACV?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of RACV to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Implication was days not months!Possibly the worst app on the market!! Tried to login with my details, this didn't work, so tried changing my password, guess what??...this didn't work either (error on the web page) So tried again to re-register as advised but says user already exists under this email?? Pretty poor for a major insurance company.

2. Time to compare my policies and look elsewhere!!!!!Have tried to register my account on multiple occasion over the last month and always comes back with the error: unavailable at this time, server admin has been notified.

3. I had to update it now can't get on says they have made changes and if you are a member you might have to register again still don't work reset password still says it's wrong I say if it ain't broke don't fix it another app being deleted from my phoneCome on guys.

5. Select "Forgot my password", sends me an email (so has created account), on PC click link in email to enter new password (forces a different password - so server knew the old password).

6. I would prefer to login with email as username on both the app and websiteThe app simply doesn't work.

7. I signed up, went to login and it says there is no user found with this email.

8. After reading reviews I reluctantly opened the 'app' only to find it's a website using Chrome requiring diff login details.... err no thanks.

9. Why ... Use the link in app to create account, then go to logon tells me "No user found with this email".

10. If it could show when my next payment is due to come out instead, I'd give it 5 stars.Useless time waster Been on line to check details correct yes.

11. Also why does the app login with email as username and the website with membership number as username.

1. Fix RACV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RACV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RACV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RACV" » Open RACV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RACV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RACV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RACV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RACV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RACV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RACV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RACV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RACV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RACV not working

2. Fix RACV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RACV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RACV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RACV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
