1. Why change it? This new app is not weather oriented, cannot save overlays, and it also will not allow the user to take a screen shot of the radar map due to the security policy! Why is this important? My family and I have to communicate a lot about weather conditions between one of us being inland and another on the water.

1. Fix Spectrum News Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Spectrum News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Spectrum News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spectrum News" » Open Spectrum News: Local Stories » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spectrum News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Spectrum News: Local Stories app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spectrum News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spectrum News: Local Stories" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Spectrum News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spectrum News might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Spectrum News. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spectrum News then reinstall.
