1. programmers are to arrogant to accept user feedback, as they have been contacted about this before.There has been a sound issue with the app on pixel 6 phones that hasn't been fixed with the latest update.Sometimes it crashes accidentally when I touch "live", even though the connection is good and steady.It keeps rejecting my email account.

2. Our solution includes: -Mobile: Huawei P30 Pro - with TVU A version 9.0.17.439 (the last found on google store) -External mic with wireless tx/rx(sennheiser XS1) - a "Y" cable to split mic and phone to connect then.

3. Maybe a bit of an oversight TVU? Not all the world is NTSC!It doesn't work on a Google Pixel and Pixel 3 with Android 10.

1. Fix TVU Anywhere Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TVU Anywhere: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TVU Anywhere App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TVU Anywhere" » Open TVU Anywhere » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TVU Anywhere » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TVU Anywhere app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TVU Anywhere servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TVU Anywhere" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TVU Anywhere app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TVU Anywhere might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TVU Anywhere. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TVU Anywhere then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TVU Anywhere not working

2. Fix TVU Anywhere Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TVU Anywhere be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TVU Anywhere not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TVU Anywhere may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
