1. I'm hoping that they reconsider bringing this outstanding feature back, let's hope they see sense and listen to customer feedback.I have been a member for several years, through the new teething problems, but I have always found everyone there very kind and helpful.
2. I could easily see myself paying multiple days at €0.53 when I choose to watch versus paying a full month subscription and not necessarily having the time to stream what I paid for.
3. After the update I have to manually record what I want to watch instead of just catching up from the previous weeks programmes using the search function.
4. My only issue is the cluttered channel selection, i personally think the developers could take inspiration from other online tv apps for a more user friendly interface.
5. Us oldies are very good at that.!!! Thank you all at tv mucho.Despite other reviewers stating the app freezes after using for a while i have experienced nothing of the sort.
6. Thought I'd found THE ONETVMucho is excellent most of the time and I appreciate being able to view UK programmes in HD.
7. I have one request that may not be possible to fulfill, that is that there are several other programmes that would be welcome if possible as I think myself and many others are getting tired of the repeats on BBC and now ITV seems to be following suit.
8. I only bought a one month subscription and it worked SOOO WELL! Much love! Then after a UI update it isn't connecting and opening.
9. Customer support has been helpful but can't resolve the issue.
10. Now I can't look at the TV guide while a program is playing and also I now have to record a program to watch it, didn't before, and when I go to play it I can't watch it say an hour later, have to wait and also it keeps stopping and going back to the beginning.
11. If there was a pay as you go plan per-day where you pay (15.99 x 12) ÷ 365.25 = €0.53 per day, I would be on that so fast! It would also drive more incremental sales than paying €16 for a full month.
I would like to know if there is an TVMuchio app on the Apple TV to watch directly on Tv? If not? Is there any future plan? Thanks

I would like to cancel my subscription. The reason is because it uses too many GB for watching TV on restricted download
Payment taken twice from our bank account on 04/10 and 06/10. £95.76 twice. Have requested refund to no avail. Now they asking for me (onscreen)to update my payment and have cut off my access. I really need some action taken on this or will be contacting a solicitor.
