1. (This is the best TV listing app I've seen! Easy to navigate, shows three hours at a time, and just great overall.) Update: I don't know what changed, but lately, shows that I follow don't always make it to my watchlist, so I don't get notifications for them.

2. The ONLY problem I experienced was it takes a bit of time to initially set up because I have8 AT&T U-Verse which has the capability of a S-load of channels and you have to sellect which ones you can get or what to know so you don't waste ram on channels you don't get or want to know about.

3. If a followed program occurs on multiple different channels, you have to follow the listing for each channel.

4. Customizable, to me, means that I can create a list of channels in the same order as on my TV and change their channel numbers as needed.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TV Listings & Guide Plus" » Open TV Listings & Guide Plus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TV Listings & Guide Plus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TV Listings & Guide Plus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TV Listings & Guide Plus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TV Listings & Guide Plus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TV Listings & Guide Plus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TV Listings & Guide Plus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TV Listings & Guide Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TV Listings & Guide Plus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TV Listings & Guide Plus not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TV Listings & Guide Plus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
