Why should I report an Issue with USA - Live TV (Entertainment)?

1. Thats roughly 60 days ago you said "We are sorry we will fix this soon".Features: • Chrome-cast Supports (You can watch live TV directly on your smart TV) • Other Player Supports (You can watch live channels to any your favourite player like (MX Player, VLC Player etc.)) • User Friendly UI Design and Full Screen Video Player with High quality streaming.Ad-centric app, and the channels are not named.

2. Throw the whole app away.Too many of the best channels ,just keep buffering and never come on.There's no full screen option.For some reason the picture doesn't expand,so you're looking at a small box of what's on.OK I don't see any channel names and I can only see the middle portion of the screen no top or bottom.

If you love watching shows in widerscreen where you can't even see the actors face than this is the app for you (Sarcasm)There seems to be a lot of channels but all I can see is a tiny portion of the screen.. it's mainly ads... And if I want Chromecast or roku support I have to buy it.... And they don't tell you what the names of the l channels are... I think there may be potential for this app but right now it's kind of worthlessRubbish.

4. The two biggest problems are that the channels aren't listed other than a number( you aren't sure what exactly you're watching), also the picture is very small and you can't enlarge it.

5. Highly recommended.Great app with loads of channels,the big problem is the small screen and all the ads.

6. Is it possible for you guys to fix that at all? Specially the very small screen and if so will this be fixed with a subscription only?App works great as far as getting channrls BUT, the damn picture is so damn small its hard to make anything out.

1. Fix USA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart USA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the USA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "USA" » Open USA - Live TV (Entertainment) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for USA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear USA - Live TV (Entertainment) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from USA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "USA - Live TV (Entertainment)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check USA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, USA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall USA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall USA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing USA not working

2. Fix USA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make USA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to USA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, USA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
