Why should I report an Issue with TuneYou - Online Radio?

1. * Excellent feedback from the developers.... need I say more :)Pretty good radio app that has a nice, easy to use UI, a lot of useful features, many kind of filters to find stations you might like (based on location or genres), it runs and plays smoothly in the background, and even ads are okay, they aren't disruptive at all.

2. Even when I shutdown the phone and restart when I switch back to my card bluetooth and I find this is running and broadcasting last stationThis is an excellent and an easy to use tuner for the following reasons: * It is very easy an intuitive to use.

3. The app has exactly what I was looking for, radio stations of non commercial music like drum n bass and eclectic ambient electronic like the old iTunes internet radio feature had.

4. And since the sarcastic developer doesn't understand basic English, I'll repeat it: cannot search for content, only station names.

6. Hard to reproduce, though.It is a good app and give's you lots of good choices to find stations with your kind of music although there were a few stations that I did not manage to find that I know of.

7. But as a broadcaster, I tried multiple times to update the stream url of my station that had changed, at the online form TuneYou provide, and never the support team resolved this matter.

1. Fix TuneYou Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TuneYou: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TuneYou App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TuneYou" » Open TuneYou - Online Radio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TuneYou » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TuneYou - Online Radio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TuneYou servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TuneYou - Online Radio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TuneYou app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TuneYou might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TuneYou. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TuneYou then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TuneYou not working

2. Fix TuneYou Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TuneYou be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TuneYou not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TuneYou may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
