Tully Customer Insights

1. After the update however, the synching between the recording and beat is difficult to do, the option to export a mix, and/or turn it to a master isn't available (for me anyway), and when you share a project, and give permissions to download, the download doesn't work correctly.

2. I'm not sure if that's only for people who go paid or if it's not loading correctly because I had to use BlueStacks to even get this app; it isn't available on Amazon tablets.Cool app to upload your beats and record your lyrics in one place.

3. Please fix this ASAP! would hate to see this app go to waste like thispretty good mixture of instrumentals, with one already downloaded and three others that need a download which is fast and easy and doesn't take much space.

4. I gave them my email address, only to get a spot to type in lyrics, and a few downloadable beats made by other people.

5. Really does allow me to keep my lyrics very organized and even allows me to record high quality drafts and put beats on it.

6. The synching problem is easy to work around, but some.of the others make the app almost unusable in some senses.I dont normally do reviews but great app! Its what I've been looking for.

7. good sound quality of course and recording is good but I think that depends on the users technology of choice whether it be a phone or tablet, etc.

8. I go and record, and when I go and play it back, it cuts off my voice! And when I try making it all one file, it speeds up my voice and makes it a higher pitch? Regret updating the app, it totally ruined it for me.

9. it's still a work in progress, but everything that it features now is well worth getting the app and doing some recording.

10. Would love to see more features like more beats or more editing capabilities but 5 stars for doing what it's supposed to.Beautiful app.

11. Logging in isn't the issue, sometimes the apps crashes after being logged on for a while and doesn't let me see what I was writing or recording.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Tully Issues

1. Fix Tully Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Tully: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Tully App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tully" » Open Tully » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tully » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Tully app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tully servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tully" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Tully app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tully might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Tully. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tully then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tully not working


2. Fix Tully Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tully be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tully not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tully may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
