Why should I report an Issue with Timbloader for Tumblr?

1. Follow up, ad free version works great and the app runs smoothly with no glitches or any other issues.Used to work perfectly, but as of the past few months, can't download anything from ig.

2. Even worse, it seems to delete the files you just downloaded using it.Overall, great app! Super useful for grabbing vids and audio to share, super easy to use.

5. I love this app, really appreciatedIf you think it will actually download whatever media you chose, to your drive like it presented itself before it updated(and I didn't know it did, since I stopped using tumblr)... Don't delete it, for the love of god.

7. Uninstalling for now, as it serves now purpose but to take up space, since it doesn't work on any of the other apps it's supposed to be compatible with as well.

8. If you open the link in a browser, let it resolve, and then copy the link again, but delete everything past the question mark (?), it'll work fine again.

9. Now the only critique I could leave at this point in time would be to bridge compatibility with other social media sites to give a broader scale of use.It *was* pretty good.

1. Fix Timbloader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Timbloader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Timbloader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Timbloader" » Open Timbloader for Tumblr » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Timbloader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Timbloader for Tumblr app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Timbloader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Timbloader for Tumblr" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Timbloader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Timbloader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Timbloader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Timbloader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Timbloader not working

2. Fix Timbloader Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Timbloader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Timbloader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Timbloader may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
