1. I have to admit, this is by all means an amazingly helpful app to have, but lately I've encountered one problem it's kinda annoying - anytime I rename a downloaded file the app just closes automatically after that.

1. Restart Download Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Download Manager App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Download Manager" » Open Download Manager for Android » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Download Manager » click "UPDATE".
