Why should I report an Issue with Tasbeeh?

1. Sometimes I unfortunately click the reset button and it start counting from zero..This make me upset..Please sir, move the reset button into the setting menu..After-all, it is a great app.This app is very nice and helpful 👌 but sometimes the ads are very annoying but still i'll rate it 5/5 💗Very good and easy to use.

The app is very helpful, but if you could put a space for the name of the zikr, so it would be easy to continue the counting.Very helpful 👌 and relaxing but you need to do the sond help like every ten tasbeeh tell what number it is better than every number it tells the numberEverything is ok.But if you move the reset button into the setting menu then it will be the greatest app.

3. The UI/UX is smooth, interaction between user is nice and feature provided indeed impress me alot ! I love this apps so much that I pray Allah bless the whole team members.

4. I give 4 stars all together it's good but sometimes it lags and has some delay.I dont believe we have such good apps in market.

5. 2/you can do a user progress table for more motivate + Graphic curves to assess progress.

7. It would be much more great if user was able to add more than one target and a tick at the end of the targets.

1. Fix Tasbeeh Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tasbeeh: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tasbeeh App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tasbeeh" » Open Tasbeeh » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tasbeeh » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tasbeeh app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tasbeeh servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tasbeeh" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tasbeeh app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tasbeeh might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tasbeeh. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tasbeeh then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tasbeeh not working

2. Fix Tasbeeh Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tasbeeh be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tasbeeh not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tasbeeh may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
