Why should I report an Issue with Tasbeeh - Dkir and Tasbih?

1. Its counting anti clockwise which is rather unusual.Love this app! Very easy to use! The layout is very pleasing - I like that there is a dark and light mode, and that we are able to choose our desired colour! 2. Kindly add option to manually add the tasbeeh count to the existing counter in the display.

7. I would be glad if you could fix that :)I hope developer be more newbie muslim friendly put Arabic with translation to every dkir & surah.. Put also recite audio button so that I could learn the sentences.

8. Some case we do use tasbeeh beads to count and carrying mobile is not feasible.

9. I have a suggestion for the Android application, may you create 2 types of widget which allows user to record athkar directly on the home screen.

1. Fix Tasbeeh Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tasbeeh: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tasbeeh App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tasbeeh" » Open Tasbeeh - Dkir and Tasbih » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tasbeeh » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tasbeeh - Dkir and Tasbih app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tasbeeh servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tasbeeh - Dkir and Tasbih" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tasbeeh app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tasbeeh might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tasbeeh. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tasbeeh then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tasbeeh not working

2. Fix Tasbeeh Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tasbeeh be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tasbeeh not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tasbeeh may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
