1. And, iOS UI elements are UNWANTED in Android! Android isn't released by Apple, Nexstar! (Even though there's some FOSS code by Apple in Android but I digress.)I love the app for keeping up with the news but you have way to many of the same stories right after each other .

2. I will never watch any other station for news and weather.It freezes up every time I try to read an article.

3. And why do they feel the need to post the same story multiple times on the home screen? Is it so important that they fill the page? And for cripes sake, if you say you're going to provide updates as the story develops, then do it.Both Fox59 and CBS4 are owned by Nexstar.

4. No other complaints.Wonderful! I am always notified about important news and weather way before I hear it somewhere else.

5. Help! It is an important part of the app and will have to change to a different station's app if the is not fixed pronto.I had to stop all weather notifications after I received 30 notifications about rain in less than 24 hours.

6. If I can read the news on this app then why have it?Many times, most times if I click on an alert it will not open the app.

1. Fix FOX59 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FOX59: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FOX59 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FOX59" » Open FOX59 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FOX59 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FOX59 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FOX59 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FOX59" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FOX59 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FOX59 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FOX59. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FOX59 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FOX59 not working

2. Fix FOX59 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FOX59 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FOX59 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FOX59 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
