1. Way too many problems.Used to be a great app but: some videos don't work at all, the video that do work take to long to load but the biggest problem is when a video does start it lags like crazy.

2. (The same videos play fine on the YouTube website, so it's not a connection issue.)Recently this app is playing a video with heavy buffering.

3. Nvm customization, get notifications so I can delete YouTube😭🙏Ok, YES!!! After trying at least 8 different apps that claim to minimize/float YouTube but don't work - THIS ONE WORKS! I am using it for an unlisted class lecture and it works beautifully.

4. I really like it but it's not working now when I open the app it does not show any video it's all blank so plz do something about it I am waiting for ur response I personally like this app so much so plz do something about ... Thank u 😊Amazing! the app have improve a lot over a year.

5. I get an error message saying something like the video has been restricted to YouTube.

6. The only thing missing is "download video" optionReally needs some work.

7. And if you accidentally skip out of the video or close the app it remembers where you left off so you don't have to start over.

8. And on weirdly specific songs, it'll skip straight intk the middle of the song and i have to manually take it back to the beginng.

9. Listening to my music, no ads, and not worrying about my purse switching the song or my battery with audio mode was amazing.

10. Screen lock is genius.Taking a bath and not having to figure out how to skip ads with wet hands is awesome.

1. Fix ToppingTube Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ToppingTube: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ToppingTube App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ToppingTube" » Open ToppingTube » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ToppingTube » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ToppingTube app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ToppingTube servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ToppingTube" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ToppingTube app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ToppingTube might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ToppingTube. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ToppingTube then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ToppingTube not working

2. Fix ToppingTube Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ToppingTube be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ToppingTube not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ToppingTube may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
