1. I also have to change my password each time I want to place an order...this app does't remember my password! It's also very difficult to change it It's an awful app!Freezes and doesn't work at all! Either the screen stays red or turns black, then you need to restart your phone just to get close these screens.

2. Now it's not working at all!! Who's posting the pics?? Are these items available?? Or did someone post what they bought?? Totally confusing!! Can't shop on it or put what you're looking for in a search bar because there isn't one!! Have to physically go to the store because the app is not useful in any way.

3. You want people to ahop at your store right? Many of us like to preview the stuff as it comes in, there was absolutely NOTHING WRONG with the original version..why change it?! Please bring it back or fix this one.

4. They dropped the ball on this store.This app did not allow me to search for a store by either means necessary (enter location or giving location consent).

5. Very frustrating!! Still love the store!! Strongly dislike the app.don't like the new version at all after the update..it jumps all over the place & as you try to scroll down it keeps repeating the same stuff over & over.

6. I have an account but when I go to sign in, I enter my email and password but then there's no button to press to login.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HomeGoods Issues

1. Fix HomeGoods Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HomeGoods: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HomeGoods App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HomeGoods" » Open HomeGoods » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HomeGoods » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HomeGoods app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HomeGoods servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HomeGoods" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HomeGoods app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HomeGoods might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HomeGoods. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HomeGoods then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HomeGoods not working


2. Fix HomeGoods Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HomeGoods be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HomeGoods not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HomeGoods may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
