1. Other than this, I enjoy it very much as I can still read my favorite books !When i start reading it forces my brightness into 100% unable to bring it back down, letters are also huge which can't be even changed because customization is not possible as it is not even an option.

2. A story I was reading had over 1100 chapters, I go to continue reading ch.633 and it's only up to chapter 9 now.....like what?Happy to find many good and interesting stories.

3. Can't download books for offline reading and my old books stored in the library is gone.

4. I get to bookmark too and save the books where I can go back to them anytime unlike reading it off google chrome.

5. Connect account doesn't work either.I would rate this 5 stars but after the update some chapters of completed stories are now missing.

6. It even seems as if they post reviews of their own application as a so called "Info Novelfull" says "I like".Have the paid version, not super amazing or worth the cost for the most part.

7. Sometimes screen is blank when you switch to another app and come back.Great app, almost everything is free, and every few chapters their is an ad.

8. Great app, despite the bugs When the app stays open while I'm on another app and want to come back to it, the screen is just blank.

9. Even a basic Google reader would be appreciated.It was a great app before the new update.

10. This app has one on apple, but not on AndroidThis is making my reading experience more easy.

1. Fix Novelfull Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Novelfull: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Novelfull App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Novelfull" » Open Novelfull - Fiction & Novels » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Novelfull » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Novelfull - Fiction & Novels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Novelfull servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Novelfull - Fiction & Novels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Novelfull app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Novelfull might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Novelfull. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Novelfull then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Novelfull not working

2. Fix Novelfull Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Novelfull be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Novelfull not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Novelfull may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
