1. the app is good.. though the coin system is fun and all.. but it's annoying you can't continue reading when you want to finish a book.. it's very irritating actually.. and then it does not matter to read any further.. I practically forgot that I had to read a book that I had left the previous day.

2. Not trying to bash on other apps, but ive had wattpad for a long time and i feel like this app is better! And free!I don't know what's happening to the app right now, but I haven't been able to collect coins for more than a week or 2 and that gift icon ain't even showing.

3. It's a bit bothersome when you get caught up in a story and then this message comes up saying, "pay coins to read further pages." I want to read a good story, not pay for one.

4. I understand that the authors are being paid and that buying coins is how they get paid, but I think there should be either a subscription or you can buy the book after reading a few chapters.

1. Fix FicFun Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FicFun: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FicFun App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FicFun" » Open FicFun - Fun Fiction Reading » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FicFun » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FicFun - Fun Fiction Reading app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FicFun servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FicFun - Fun Fiction Reading" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FicFun app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FicFun might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FicFun. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FicFun then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FicFun not working

2. Fix FicFun Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FicFun be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FicFun not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FicFun may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
