Why should I report an Issue with NovelFull App?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Good thing was there was one! It's easy to navigate but the downside for me is that it doesn't support offline mode, couldn't set it to dark mode and most importantly it isn't as updated as compared to their website.Settings are stupid.

2. I'm looking forward to updates regarding this.It would have been great if you have an offline mode wherein which we can download and save our favorite novelOkay, i downloaded the app so I could download a book from here, but there isn't a download function.

3. Dark mode doesn't apply to the whole app & reading is not as immersive as on the website as there's no reading mode, those menu on top are very annoying if you've added the novel to favorite.

4. At least it has the novel but the the download...I really love everything about the app but i don't understand why i cant download the book that im reading on the app ajd read offline.

6. A complete mess.I like the app so far, the only thing that bothers me is that there doesn't seem to be a library option or a way to save certain stories for easy access.

7. It's not really user & reader friendly, especially if you compare it to others & the website itself.Novelfull website is one of my go to sites with regards to light novels.

1. Fix NovelFull App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NovelFull App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NovelFull App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NovelFull App" » Open NovelFull App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NovelFull App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NovelFull App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NovelFull App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NovelFull App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NovelFull App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NovelFull App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NovelFull App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NovelFull App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NovelFull App not working

2. Fix NovelFull App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NovelFull App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NovelFull App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NovelFull App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
