FanLabel Customer Insights

1. Suggest: make dark mode, contact/msg with other 'labels'/users, editable profiles with current and optional information and more design, open store!! Have many more ideas, may need to email, wish I could help!I really enjoy the concept.. Learning new music and artists was a plus... I was so excited to start playing... It started out ok, slow and glitchy, but managable... Spent time listening to music and chosing artists with my husband.

2. Wish they would add a search feature in the sign songs section and a sorting feature by coin cost or alphabetical. It's a fun experience.

3. Fix these bugs NOW!I really like the idea of buying songs and collecting plays as well as the guessing songs part but there really isn't a great system.

4. Overall it's a great app besides those few issues. The app won't even open after closing it the first time, just left with a white screen.

5. Some things could be improved to make it more user friendly but I think it's fun trying to guess song popularity. There are glitches here and there but overall this is a fun game.

6. Under the Store section it still says coming in August, but we're a week into September so a little more active updates would be nice to see.Love this and could not rave more about it.

7. An issue tstumbled across is challenge results no longer show upon load when tapping on the bubble to show results and our feeds aren't long enough to check.

8. very frustrating and annoyingSo far a fun game and experience, haven't had any login or audio problems.

9. Multiple times! I had to hard reset due to the freezing... My phone didnt load back up for nearly 45 mins.

10. Also sometimes song battles say a song with 600,000 daily plays is more popular than a song with 3,000,000.

11. I do enjoy seeing some songs I've never heard before.
