Why should I report an Issue with theQoos: K-Pop News, Friends, Music & Community?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of theQoos to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It means it takes my a long time to check all the news of my artists.Amazing app, I can access all kpop news in one place.

2. I also suggest adding separate channels for the khiphop artists and adding krnb artists like Crush and Colde.The good part about this app is the option to add quizes and polls.

3. But other than all that, keep up the great work! 💜🤧I like the contents of this app like the news and giveaways, but there are some small issues I have.

4. Then as you scroll through the list it only shows the first five artists and when you click on one further down it jumps back to the first five which is really annoying.

5. 2 I cant comment on anyone's post or flick cuz in the app nothing can be typed ! I try to type something only the first letter types then the app crashes.

6. You get updated on news for the kpop groups you love.

7. I recieve notifications of latest news or messages by other qoos, but when I try accessing them, I can't see them at allHi.

8. The only thing that I wish this app supported was dark mode & split screen or if we were listening to something on here, maybe a little pop-up notification that shows what we're listening to or if we're in a call.

9. The stars that you have to earn to raise your favorite K-artist ranking disappear, I lost more than 400 stars over two days, trying to vote for my bias.

10. Now the problem is fixed☺︎︎now I can give it 5 stars.I have two issues with this app that are honestly making me want to uninstall it.

1. Fix theQoos Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart theQoos: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the theQoos App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "theQoos" » Open theQoos: K-Pop News, Friends, Music & Community » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for theQoos » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear theQoos: K-Pop News, Friends, Music & Community app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from theQoos servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "theQoos: K-Pop News, Friends, Music & Community" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check theQoos app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, theQoos might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall theQoos. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall theQoos then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing theQoos not working

2. Fix theQoos Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make theQoos be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to theQoos not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, theQoos may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
