1. the app provides a very friendly environment...and some are the worms in that environment.I already done with the recharge of 69 but not getting the coins until... I want my coins and also one thing I have to say.. ur girls videos are recorded... plz don't do that.. because u get the lots of money from users..It's very costly aap I put 399 rs in 6 minute insufficient then me put 69 bank show money deducted from account but I could not found it in this aap.. U all are theifthis app is a fraud one... if you buy coins they will steal it frombackend and in response u will get that it has been charged for matching profileIt's a good app.

2. Then they send chat message stating they are having technical issue, say they already refund & send ever so tiny screen shot and amount refund showed $0.00! Total Scam!!I wanted to write this review bcoz of some nonsense happened .

3. Kindly provide the email address of your support team so that i convey my messege and you guys review and find out who uploaded it and delete that vedio from your your ads.i cant change my profile picture in the yepop app.

4. Scam App! Size is too small for a live cam chat app @25.70MB = that's why it doesn't work.

5. although this is sync already with my facebook account.please advice me on how to change or this wil be already the default picture (cartoon picture).

6. Contact Recharge support & they said they will review and respond within 6hrs.

7. Devoleper i want your reply asap so that i can let you know the details of my issue.

8. Take note of any small app that has video call function - size should be double around 50MB.

9. I want that vedio to be removed from the ads asap.

1. Fix Yepop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yepop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yepop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yepop" » Open Yepop - discover the world » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yepop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yepop - discover the world app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yepop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yepop - discover the world" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yepop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yepop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yepop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yepop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yepop not working

2. Fix Yepop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yepop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yepop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yepop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
