Why should I report an Issue with PopJam: Games and Friends?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I'm not expecting this but maybe an animation tool? I wish I could give it 5 stars but it just needs a bit of improvement.Great game! I love to play it after school! I have always loved doing art, and when my friend told me about it, I was so excited! I do have a problem though... Whenever I want to top friend people, then I'll click add friends, then click on their username, but it just brings me back to profile without adding them.

2. I get really inspired by all of the beautiful art people make! But, if ur going to have a game which u have to draw in, make the experience better for ur players and give them everything they need to make beautiful art, like layers, different brushes, etc.

3. :)It's a great app! Little kids can make posts with random stickers, have fun with filters, and young artists can draw! But it's kinda harder to draw.

10. It needs a fill option, undo AND redo buttons, more brush sizes,better zoom in options, layer options, symmetry options, and maybe even lasso options.

1. Fix PopJam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PopJam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PopJam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PopJam" » Open PopJam: Games and Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PopJam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PopJam: Games and Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PopJam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PopJam: Games and Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PopJam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PopJam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PopJam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PopJam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PopJam not working

2. Fix PopJam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PopJam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PopJam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PopJam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
