Why should I report an Issue with amazer - KPOP FAN APP?

1. Now I'm trying to sign in and it's says: "This email already exists." When I tried Forgot Password it said: "This email doesn't exist." So which is it? 2. It keeps having the red exclamation pop up despite meeting all the criteria for the name change to be processed.It good and all but the only problem I have is that when recording someone's finger must be on the record button.

3. AJU NICE😜 Sometimes it's takes a little bit long time to upload a video but it's effects and stickers are awesome.

4. I've tried multiple times but it won't let me, and I know it's not my network connection is fine.I downloaded this when the app first came out and was in love with it.

5. Can you please make it possible for users to record without having to hold on the record button.

1. Fix amazer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart amazer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the amazer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "amazer" » Open amazer - KPOP FAN APP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for amazer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear amazer - KPOP FAN APP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from amazer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "amazer - KPOP FAN APP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check amazer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, amazer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall amazer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall amazer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing amazer not working

2. Fix amazer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make amazer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to amazer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, amazer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
