1. Used to save up points until I had enough to take all my kids out at one time but I guess that was too expensive for these retaraunts !!I love this place , but was really disappointed this time.we got pizza and one side of pizza missing cheese , 4 slices , ordered bacon and got charged for it didn't find any on my slices....a few pieces had just thin sauce no toppings Did not get a refill on drinks or ask if needed oneDisappointed that they took away the build your reward redemption and can only get 5.00 off at a time..switched from my card to app and lost over 20 dollars in reward points.

Great prices, an food excellent.The food and service are excellent, but on Android devices the app has stopped accurately displaying both the percentage to a new reward level and, perhaps more problematic, has stopped displaying how many total rewards have been accrued.great just wish they would list their nutritional values.Very clunky & cant use all my rewards points at one time like i used to with the card, kind of sucks that was taken away.

3. Would also like to see descriptions of food items, along with pictures... this would help people with food allergies.

1. Restart Good Food Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Good Food Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Good Food Rewards" » Open Good Food Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Good Food Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Good Food Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Good Food Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Good Food Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Good Food Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Good Food Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Good Food Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Good Food Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Good Food Rewards not working
