Contact Textra SMS Customer Service

I would qqike to speak to someone about how I ise textra and how I can save the daya from it. This is not a complaint but a rrquest for help. I have low vision and find it difficult to navigate large bodies of text in help forums. Would like to speak to a real petson by phone.

When I look at a delivered message in Textra, all times I've entered such as 10 am, 5 pm etc. are underlined in the delivered Textra bubble.
I have checked everywhere on the cell, auto correct is turned off on my Android phone. I've checked all of my keyboard input settings. I've checked my Textra settings and I cannot find a spot to turn off this auto underlining of time.
I am using a Samsung S21 Ultra running Android V12. Textra is V4.47.
I'm only seeing this time underling in Textra delivered texts. I don't see the underline when I type the texts.

Can not send SMS message. I can receive SMS message. However, I can send MMS message?? Please advise.

If I use the blocks list option on a group text will it block the individual users from sending direct sms to me? Also, does block list completely hide the messages or just mute.

I'm in a group chat I want no part of but want to be able to send and receive sms to individuals in the group.

An entire conversation up and disappeared. How do I retrieve it. It was between me and my grandson.

I have a google pixel 4a completely updated. I am not receiving links that will click open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Textra multiple times to no avail. My wife's phone a galaxy no issues. I have used Textra for years and this is the first glitch I have stumbled on. If you could help I would be much appreciative. I am at my wits end. Thanks.

For some reason on Galaxy S21+ cannot attach a gif to a txt message any longer. Worked forever prior. Uninstalled app and reinstalled but still the same. Please apprise.

everytime you upgrade my app, the notification sound does not work, it only vibrates. I dont know what is going on here, help me understand what I am doing wrong

Hi, I use textra and I have been very happy with it. However, when I get a new text, a small green circle with a number in it appears. Generally this goes away once the text has been opened. However, for some texts/ people, the notification circles do not disappear and I cannot figure out a way to get rid of them. The notification stays no matter how many times I open the test.

Cannot login to Amazon. Amazon authentacation code not being received by Textra. This is a new development as this has always worked in the past.

hi I've had textra for long time.I use to get a bubble on home screen for textra app showing i have new text or unread now I don't went under settings n both notifications I put on..so now I have to keep opening to see if any new texts uts ignoring n will have to get something different if cant help me thanks

Since Android 12 update, Samsung S21 Ultra does notify me when a text comes in. Will this be fixed?

Voice to text asks text or audio. I say text, it says "sorry, sms Craigslist does not have a reply address". I switched another app, on your advice, which does not have this issue until we can get issue fixed.

I have one contact who is not showing up when she sends the message.... but if I enter her contact name in a new message.... all her messages show up

Ever since upgrading to Android 12 on my Pixel 5A, I have been having problems with Textra. When I try to open a newly received text, the phone goes back to the lock screen. After I have read the new text, the phone has issues going back to the previous page.

Can you please tell me how to resolve this problem?

All texts inquiries to businesses using "5" digits as phone numbers are FAILING. HAVE BEEN FAILING FOR OVER 10 DAYS. Nothing has been changed on my phone, on my system, or on their end. I was able to send diff types text inquiries without problem till 10 days ago. I thought it was issue in their end. IT US NIT IN THRIR END, AS IT US HAPOENJNG TO ALL TEXTS THAT ARE SENT WITH THE "5" DIGIT PHONE NUMBERS. IT'S ALL ON TEXTRA APP END. Even the one I sent to Textra is FAILING. THEY ALL FAUL TO SEND WHEN URUNG THE "5" DIGIT "SEND TO PHONE NUMBER!" TEXTRA NEEDS YO FIX THIS ASAP!

I have been using Textra for several years now but recently as of the end of July 2021 I am no longer able to open links in text messages I receive I have gone over many settings have reinstalled the app...have used chomp and the links open fine...just not in textra. Cannot see people's responses to my texts.

I broke my Google Pixel XL and am using a temporary replacement. I upgraded to Pro on my Google Pixel XL in 2017. Is the Pro version transferable to each new phone/device?

I have been a happy user for many years, but last week the app started working completely differently. Incoming messages no longer open in the app, but in a bubble. Then, when I click on "open in app" the message doesn't store on the phone. I haven't installed any new apps that i can recall, and I don't remember changing any permissions. Can you help me return textra to its former behavior?

The timestamp is not appearing on my text

I have a new phone, downloaded Textra, checked all settings, but I cannot receive a text and when I send one, I get the notification sound on MY phone and recipient doesn't receive my text.

When I send pics, I can't view them after sending.

Periodically something changes how my phone shows notifications.
I do not want the always on display to be on to show that I have gotten a text.
Please let me know the settings that will show my textra message notification on the lock screen with having the always on display running.

i have a samsung9 phone. out of nowhere my text sounds for only one contact stopped working. the red icon doesn't appear either. I think I checked everything but still not working. Can you help?

I just accidentally told my phone to not ask again on Textra, about default for my texting app. I was trying out another app to see if I could"like a text". How do I make Textra my default when I told it to not ask again??:( If I delete Textra and add it again, will everything still come back? Pictures etc?

i have an SMS recipient that randomly rec'd a text sent to another recipient. That SMS bow appears to be a virus. When I try to go to that message to delete it my phone locks up. i have cleared the apps cahce, did not resolve. Pls help

I love my Textra messaging app but recently it isn't working I can't send gifs at all I can't even to to customization for individual contacts or I can't get into my settings it does sent my texts but not gifs and I've never had any problems b4 plz help

After the latest update on my ATT Samsung s10e yesterday the pop-up notifications no longer work properly. Instead of the normal textra pop-up notifications, now it pops up as a bubble and there's no way to turn it off. Not only that but when it pops up as a bubble there's no way to clear it until I physically open the app and clear it. Please fix this ASAP.

Unable to receive text messages. Received this message:

"VERY IMPORTANT" Google have just rolled out (most likely a mistake) a change which impacts all SMS/MMS apps, (so not specific just to Textra) resulting in delayed SMS messages.

I do not have the enable button, so I need help. I need messages to do my job!!
