Why should I report an Issue with Text Me: Second Phone Number?

1. Absolutely none of my text messages go through (I've sent messages from Text Me to two other phones and they never arrived.) And calling used to work just fine, but now every number I try to call just gives me an audio message saying "The destination you are trying to call cannot be reached using Text Me." The app is worthless if it can't text OR call.Have had this app for almost 3 years now on premium subscription.

2. Overall, really good for a free app.It's nice to have a free alternative to paying the high cost of a regular carrier, and I have used this app for years! But, the clarity of the calls is sometimes poor, and the person on the other line can't hear me, even with a strong WIFI signal.

8. A major example is when I want to forward an image or share something it opens up but doesn't have what you want to share in the Text Box.

9. On the downside, there are a lot of (rather intrusive) ads, the app doesn't work very well with split screen mode, and it's a bit slower than actual texting (maybe a minute or two each message).

11. It may work for people to get a few credits and use it for leisure travel but for business use in which you need to make important calls or identity verifications it becomes a nightmare.

1. Fix Text Me Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Text Me: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Text Me App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Text Me" » Open Text Me: Second Phone Number » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Text Me » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Text Me: Second Phone Number app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Text Me servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Text Me: Second Phone Number" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Text Me app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Text Me might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Text Me. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Text Me then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Text Me not working

2. Fix Text Me Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Text Me be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Text Me not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Text Me may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
