1. Bottom line: Its all you needThat app itself is really cool & convenient, however, there is continuous ads that pop up(even while you're trying to text a message, it'll pop up every couple words) and it's hard to get out of the ads and then when u do, it just keeps going back 2 the ad, so that part is frustrating!! If not for that, I'd give it 5☆!It's good but it's super slow most the time and I can't make phone calls when I'm at work anymore.

Then I absolutely cannot stand that the ads that are used take up 3/4 of the screen making it difficult to read messages or find what your looking for, and the annoying way you have to wait forever for the app to load because of the ads that must load before app use! Annoyances aside, I love how the calls are completely free no matter what!This is one of the best wifi/ mobile calling and texting apps I have tried.
3. As far as calling and receiving calls works great like I said it'd be a great app to use just be cautious of the adsThis is an incredible and super convenient app to have ESPECIALLY if you're ever in a tight spot financially and are unable to pay your cell phone bill which unfortunately has been the case for me the past few months.
4. The ads pop up over the screen sometimes you can't push buttons sometimes you click on the add when you're in the middle of a phone call it's just really annoying and it doesn't work very well minus the ad problem this would be a great app.
5. Also texts are unlimited and voicemail was easy to set up and works great.I can use it on wifi or mobile data with my tablet's data plan.
6. However, thankfully with this app I still have a working cell and cell number and whether it be through call, text, or voicemail I still have the ability to keep in touch with those I need to.
7. Also, even if you aren't around a source of swift when someone attempt to call/text you, you will still receive the text, missed call, and/or voicemail as soon as you do.
8. I would recommend it to anyone who needs good phone service without the expensive phone plan on a phone or a tablet.
9. During phone calls, the other line won't hear me at all and/or it cuts out a lot.
10. I was looking for free phone service that would opporate just like regular cell service.
11. 20+ minutes later, the original text goes through making the other person get the same multiple texts late, which can be aggravating.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FreeTone Calls & Texting Issues
1. Fix FreeTone Calls & Texting Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart FreeTone Calls & Texting: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the FreeTone Calls & Texting App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FreeTone Calls & Texting" » Open FreeTone Calls & Texting » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FreeTone Calls & Texting » click "UPDATE".
- Clear FreeTone Calls & Texting app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FreeTone Calls & Texting servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FreeTone Calls & Texting" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check FreeTone Calls & Texting app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FreeTone Calls & Texting might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall FreeTone Calls & Texting. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FreeTone Calls & Texting then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FreeTone Calls & Texting not working
2. Fix FreeTone Calls & Texting Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FreeTone Calls & Texting be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FreeTone Calls & Texting not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
