Why should I report an Issue with Achievements for XBOX?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Nicolas Ortiz to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Maybe take a page from their book.Great app! I'm going to start using this App now, since Microsoft decided to remove Xbox Achievements from the new Xbox App for whatever reason? With that being said, I personally don't like the new Xbox App.

2. If you have the time just check true achievements website it's the same thing apart from you don't expect a live table of progress and people leave suggestion to help complete them too.

3. Would be nice if the information on how to get the achievements were in the app, when you click the achievement, instead of linking a YouTube video or google.

4. Fix this, and I will give this 5 stars!!The app doesn't catch all the achievements and there appears to be no way to force it to recheck.

5. Searching for a certain game doesn't let you view your achievements too.

6. (NOTE: This app needs to access your Microsoft account to be able to chat with xbox live friends, ect.) App is quite easy to use and useful if you're an achievement hunter, like myself.

7. It's better to just use True Achievements or Xbox Achievements to keep track and look for guides and such.

8. Simple.App is alright to check what achievements are available for a game, other than that it never updates and most of the achievements I've earned aren't tracked on this app.

10. Instead I have to compare the app to my actual xbox which defeats the point of the app.I love this app, it's the only one like it (IMO) in the play store that doesn't suck or isn't sketchy and it's set up very nicely.

1. Fix Achievements Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Achievements: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Achievements App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Achievements" » Open Achievements for XBOX » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Achievements » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Achievements for XBOX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Achievements servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Achievements for XBOX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Achievements app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Achievements might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Achievements. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Achievements then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Achievements not working

2. Fix Achievements Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Achievements be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Achievements not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Achievements may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
