1. (Unless you have premium) Its really annoying especially when I want to make an edit of family and then use the same video but with an edit of friends instead.Splice is a mobile editing software, and fitting lots of possibility and opportunity on a phone is hard to do without it crashing, and splice used to crash and delete stuff, but I just noticed they have totally fixed it! I spent 8 hours editing a crazy complex video with Audio bits, music, sound fx, a clock, scoreboard, and titles, and then realized a file so big would probably delete as they have in the past.

2. Recently installed the app again to find that half of the edits are now full of glass breaking videos and the music..they replaced the original music lyric edits with the goofiest music bro, the lyrics don't even match the song 💀 I didn't mind the ads, but NOW I have to sit through 3 ads just to make 1 edit?? Kinda whack ngl..why downgrade smth that used to be so awesome?Amazing app! Totally would recommend this app.

3. I downloaded it again and it's about the same, but it seems like there are WAY too many ads than there use to be!!! Also like almost all the videos are free trial now!!! It just seems like you guys are money hungry this is stupid!!! Every 5 minutes I get an ad!!!!!! Fix this or I won't install ever again and if you fix it I will give it a higher rating!!I found a template I really liked but had to watch a video.

4. The music used to be great but now all the original music lyric edits have been replaced with this goofy music and not even real songs anymore.

5. And they just put random music over the video like they've been copyrighted or something, the music doesn't match up with the lyrics to the song or anything.I used to think this was one of the best video making apps out there.

6. The templates, edits, sounds and music were cool, it would be perfect for gifts.

7. This is one not to miss.It WAS amazing, had all the cool editing, songs, and did the editing for you!! But now, it changed the language to Korean I believe.

8. 6 Stars out of 5.With this I look like I am a pro at video! This is my go to movie app on my phone.It is the most Intuitive to use, has great tools, I can go slow mo or speed the action as needed.

9. I tried again by completely exiting and it made me watch 2 more ads and it still didnt work.

10. this was my main go-to editing app, especially for YouTube edits, until now.

11. The template required 41 max images so it took me about 5 minutes to find all of the images.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Tempo Issues

1. Fix Tempo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Tempo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Tempo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tempo" » Open Tempo - Music Video Maker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tempo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Tempo - Music Video Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tempo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tempo - Music Video Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Tempo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tempo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Tempo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tempo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tempo not working


2. Fix Tempo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tempo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tempo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tempo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • We downloaded the tempo app in my another gadget without checking the details. I thought after the 3 day trial, I can receive an email or notice that if I want to pursue the purchase or not? I already uninstalled the app immediately, proving that I'm not interested with the app, it's just out of curiosity. And I admit it's my fault. I already requested a refund last September 20 thru Google play, but was rejected. I am just trying to request to get my luck to refund it directly from you. We are just poor people, and little amount of money is a big thing to us. It is really an accidental purchased. I hope you can help me to get my money back.     She did not understand what she was subscribing to or that I would be charged. I have spoken with Google about a refund and they have put me in contact with you through this email.
