1. That's what I have found to work for me.I am SO frustrated with this app! It gets stuck uploading observations ALL the time! It's wonderful & fast & easy when it actually works like it is supposed to, but the rest of the time it seems to just get stuck uploading & the only way I have found to fix it when it does that is to uninstall it completely and then reinstall it...but that also means losing every photo that I've taken and then I can't use those for my observations! This app really needs to be fixed!I'm so frustrated with the tech support of this company.

2. You have to delete the app and reinstall and you lose everything.I have found that the app works great when it is not stuck in uploading a document.

3. Haven't seen it.The app used to work so well, but for some reason now if an image, note, or video gets stuck when uploading one picture appears multiple times instead of uploading all of them.

4. Im wondering if this app works with any Android deviceVery Frustrating This app is extremely limited in that you cannot upload previously taken pictures or videos and you cannot rate the observations according to the objectives given.

5. If you continue to try to upload and get many of the documents stuck in uploading, you will not be able to scroll.

6. The need to take pictures/videos through the app is especially troublesome because 7/10 times it has difficulty uploading and/or crashes, causing the pictures to cease to exist.

7. On my phone or tablet it still says uploading and you can't interact with the document at all.

8. I alternate and put the child's name and observation and still is glitchy and if I use a photo and cannot add observation and/or dimension(s) or it will become stuck on the app.Now the App will not let me log in.

9. Rather than spending months updating the online platform, they need to fix this app!My documents are not uploading properly.

10. Later had 3 pieces stuck uploading 6 hours.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GOLD Documentation Issues

1. Fix GOLD Documentation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GOLD Documentation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GOLD Documentation App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GOLD Documentation" » Open GOLD Documentation » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GOLD Documentation » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GOLD Documentation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GOLD Documentation servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GOLD Documentation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GOLD Documentation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GOLD Documentation might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GOLD Documentation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GOLD Documentation then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GOLD Documentation not working


2. Fix GOLD Documentation Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GOLD Documentation be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
