PMP Exam Prep Customer Insights

1. (Mistakes, custom exams not customizable, repeated questions every exam, etc.).Enjoyed the basis feature of the app, however encountered issue when subscribed to the premium.

2. The practice exams were very helpful (just passed the new version of the exam!) I did the PMI free course but this was a needed suppliment for the new material.I cannot even create a login.

3. Is it possible to (1) add a-z tab with flashcards? (2) change font size? (3) update questions with 2022 subject domains?can you give pmbok reference for the answers? and it would be good to have detailed answer explanation.

4. I would add a functionality of be able to select to make a group of questions per knowledge area or process group instead of a full exam.

5. During the exam,Some of the questions doesn't have the explanation when you answer incorrectly.

6. Recommended should the premium issue is fixed.The questions that are posted seems to be real test and are not easy.

9. I get a message PMP exam null OK the only thing I can click is OK, and it sends me back to square 1.

10. After that , the exam was closed and it came back to the exam simulator home screen.

11. Emailed developer about the issue and developer is working on the resolution.

1. Fix PMP Exam Prep Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PMP Exam Prep: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PMP Exam Prep App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PMP Exam Prep" » Open PMP Exam Prep » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PMP Exam Prep » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PMP Exam Prep app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PMP Exam Prep servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PMP Exam Prep" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PMP Exam Prep app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PMP Exam Prep might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PMP Exam Prep. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PMP Exam Prep then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PMP Exam Prep not working
