1. It's the only reason why I didn't put it 5 stars.It shows you a rate and charge you another 50% !!! Is extremely expensive and you need to wait for the confirmation for a LONG TIME.

2. Last time I'm using Teo.Worst customer service.

3. It makes you wait a very long time before advising there's no actual Teo taxi available.

4. One of the drivers took a much longer route, although both Google and Waze shows there was a shorter route that would take lesser time.

5. Also the waiting time is absolutely false, it took 20 mins for the driver for get here but the app said 2 mins.

6. You have to wait for a long time before you get your taxi.

7. It was on time, the requested type of vehicle (electric) and the rate estimate was (surprisingly) accurate.

8. Then you have to another time for a regular taxi from Taxi Diamond.

9. First and last time!!!The address selection form is broken.

10. It takes a long time before you get a confirmation for the ride.

11. It used to work after a few tries, but yesterday for the first time I gave up.So far so good.
