Its such a disadvantage that we have to use data if we want more books,because we could use or spend our time wisely by getting more words from the books.But unfortunately we can't because we need data apparently.Quizzes don't work and the app freezes as well! I had purchased the ad free version of your app, but this app is failing to load the quizzes as well as freezes on most occasions! Kindly refund the amount that I had paid for the ad free version.It is really awesome app and it improves English perfectly but there is a huge Problem , the audio files can't be downloaded for offline to listen it later.

Thank you very much for your hard work.I like the idea of the app....But I suggest that there should be more books and that the books should never end,maybe you would have to unlock certain books to get to other books....Plus I don't think we need to pay if we want to use the books offline (Without data).

3. My bad review is due to the quizzes not working and because of the neglecting developer, who hasn't solved the problem.

4. namely LISTEN ENGLISH; ENGLISH CONVERSATION; ENGLISH VOCABULARY Etc Etc.There are basic vocabularies for beginners.

5. I wonder, have you composed a vocab list of IELTS words to complement this list? If not, I wish you would.I've been using the app for long and I still continue loving it.

1. Fix English Vocabulary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart English Vocabulary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the English Vocabulary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "English Vocabulary" » Open English Vocabulary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for English Vocabulary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear English Vocabulary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from English Vocabulary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "English Vocabulary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check English Vocabulary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, English Vocabulary might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall English Vocabulary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall English Vocabulary then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing English Vocabulary not working

2. Fix English Vocabulary Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make English Vocabulary be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to English Vocabulary not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, English Vocabulary may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
