Why should I report an Issue with SwingLifeStyle (SLS)?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The app could still use some improvements to make it more interactive and user friendly, like being able to see if your message was read.account was finally approved, however I accidentally set it up as a single male I wanted to change it to a couple and after talking with support, the only way to really fix that is to delete the account and make it as a couple.

2. At least messages need push notifications so you don't go hours or days not knowing you have a message and potentially missing out on opportunities.A lot of potential.

3. Why are there no push notifications outside of the app?? With the amount of people that are paid members you would thing the bugs would get fixes and new features would be added.

4. Better filter options would be great! And why has it been a year since the last update? Where does the money go?It works well enough for connecting and meeting like-minded people.

5. It is somewhat usable but it's full of bugs and many times it won't load saying there is a server issue but if you keep trying it will finally load.

6. I'm sure I'll keep finding a lot more problems.Constantly getting gateway error or server is down.

7. 🙄 (So do it right the first time) The app still seems broken, once you set your filters for who you want to see, you can't really change your filters in the app.

8. SLS layout STILL looks like something from the 1990's, loading times on searches are atrocious, no way to filter out the massive sea of single men, App freezes up a lot, and all our past messages/search/friend list is gone.

9. Updated 8/19 I've reinstalled the app and still get the error message daily.

10. First, if there is only one public picture and rest are private and you try to enlarge the public one, you get a blank screen.

11. I just signed up on 4/2/21 and have yet to have any pictures approved and had major difficulty uploading them in the first place.

1. Restart SwingLifeStyle (SLS): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SwingLifeStyle (SLS) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SwingLifeStyle (SLS)" » Open SwingLifeStyle (SLS) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SwingLifeStyle (SLS) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SwingLifeStyle (SLS) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SwingLifeStyle (SLS) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SwingLifeStyle (SLS)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SwingLifeStyle (SLS) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SwingLifeStyle (SLS) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SwingLifeStyle (SLS). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SwingLifeStyle (SLS) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SwingLifeStyle (SLS) not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SwingLifeStyle (SLS) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SwingLifeStyle (SLS) not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
