1. I've tried this app and others...plus talked to ATT customer service (for a total of 5 hours) and still can't get rid of the pop-ups "screaming" at me that they will clean everything but my bathroom!! I'm sick of the lousy customer service, the waste of time and the money I have wasted trying to make sure MY phone is "clean"!!!! I'm 76 years old and only text and email...how "dirty" can my phone be!!!WARNING: this app (along with its companion apps) is terrible! It is constantly in your face wanting changes.

Should b less intrusiveAt first I danloded tis app because my phone said that I had a virus and I got the app because I had seen an add that said that it could get rid of the virus but it hasn't done anything about it, all it does is just say that my battery is down or something about my battery but all of the apps that say that they can help say the same thing.

3. Take my word for it, far better apps that aren't as time consuming and stupid, might as well pay.This actually SLOWED my phone.

4. There are far better apps out there that don't interrupt you every single time you plug your tablet or phone in.

5. It's not that good Ó╭╮ÒIt does not clean your phone, just like all of the other trash "cleaners" out there.

6. I tried the app on my phone and my sister didn't: we have about the same lag problem and the same apps on each of our phones.

7. I don't want to see full screen tik toks of women dancing in bikinis just for a sweep of my phone.

8. There are other apps that can perform the same functions without these huge downsides.I'm enjoying this program and all the assistance it gives and recommended tools to achieve this goal.

9. Can we just have an app do what it's supposed to without ads or ad free being a premium? People hate pop up ads for a reason and making up pay to not have them in an app is shady.I rate this a 5 because I'm getting Updates on my Mobile App and Google Play Store.

10. I go to Settings and wait for it to start calculating and clear it all so it won't cause any battery damage like I did from the last one I bought.

1. Fix Sweep Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sweep: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sweep App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sweep" » Open Sweep » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sweep » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sweep app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sweep servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sweep" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sweep app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sweep might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sweep. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sweep then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sweep not working

2. Fix Sweep Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sweep be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sweep not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sweep may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
